warframe excalibur The build you run if you want high damage for low cost. This build focuses on Exalted Blade Primarily. So the stats we prioritize include Strength and Efficiency for maximum power with as little drain as possible. This is also why we don’t use Blind Rage here.

This build leaves one slots and a six points left over for your forma space.

  • Stance Mod – More mod space on your melee weapon. Can allow for a full build without forma; dependant on weapon’s available polarities.

  • True Steel – Used to buff Exalted Blade’s Critical Chance to allow it to proc Berserker easier.
  • Fury / Berserker – Faster attack speed.

  • Coaction Drift – Boost Steel Charge’s effectiveness by 30% (more if allies are also running it)
  • Streamline – Energy Efficiency to make everything cheaper.
  • Rage – Allows an alternate way of getting energy while Exalted Blade is active.

Ability Breakdown

ability_icons_excalibur_radial_blind_1 Radial Blind: Costs 12.5 energy to cast. Blinds enemies in a 8.5m Radius for 16.7 seconds. Also staggers enemies for 5 seconds.
ability_icons_excalibur_radial_javelin_1 Radial Javelin: Costs 18.75 energy to cast. Deals 2840.1 damage split evenly between Impact Puncture and Slash (~947 each). This ability will hit 12 enemies in a 8.5m radius.
ability_icons_exalted_blade Exalted Blade: Costs 6.25 energy to activate, costs 1.47 energy per second to channel. Waves travel 40m. Deals 2,728 damage per normal attack, 1,091.5 for wave hit, 10,915 for wall attack, 4,003 for a spin attack and 5,456 on slam attack. Wave damage is also added to every attack of Slash Dash while active. All damage is evenly divided between Impact, Puncture and Slash.

Note: the damage calculations may be off slightly, the formula used isn’t clear to what mods apply where. The damage is quite absurd either way.
